On November 30, 2023, FORGES DE COURCELLES (SIFCOR Group), Europe's leading manufacturer of hot forged products, took over STEVENIN NOLLEVAUX (SN), a transaction fully in line with FORGES DE COURCELLES' market diversification strategy. The new company has an annual turnover of over €250 million and a headcount of more than 950 people in France. Thanks to the industrial and commercial synergies, the Group will strengthen its offer, expertise and services to its customers.
Jean-Louis Deguy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SIFCOR, emphasises:

However, in order to strengthen its global leadership and successfully manage the ecological transition, the Group needs to diversify and integrate other business areas. The acquisition of STEVENIN NOLLEVAUX is a decisive step towards this transformation.
