Tricycle and Quadricycle Differential

AMIS launched its new product at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles bicycle trade show (AMIS participation on 3rd  and 4th July 2023).

This differential for tricycles and quadricycles, on which the AMIS technical dept. worked for a year, is based on over 30 years' expertise in the design and production of toothed parts, including differential pinions: AMIS forges the teeth in a single operation.

The technical characteristics of this differential are as follows:

·         Transmissible torque: 1000 Nm

·         Pair of high-strength bevel gears in case-hardened forged steel

·         Forged aluminium housing

AMIS has a twofold target:

-          Expand its range of complete differentials, from tricycles to commercial vehicles (torque > 10,000 Nm),

-          Strengthen its existing range of products for the bicycle market (fork components, brake calipers, wheel hubs, etc.)
