THE SIFCOR OFFER

01

Product development

SIFCOR supports its customers from the earliest stages of product design to optimize design, metallurgy, mechanical properties, and cost. Thanks to the availability, expertise, and resources of its design offices, the Group supports its customers in their "Design-to-Cost" approach.

02

Digital simulation & tooling

We optimize our product development time by implementing expert digital simulation tools for the forging process. By integrating the production of forging and machining tools, we ensure autonomy and fast industrialization for a part that is right the first time it is forged.

03

Forging

Our range of equipment (drop hammers and presses) enables us to offer our customers a wide variety of parts weighing from a few grams to 60 kg. Our installed capacity secures our customers' supply chain and enables us to respond with excellent agility. It offers a wide range of materials and geometries, from symmetrical rotational components to more complex-shaped parts, as close as possible to the finished product. In addition, our heat treatment facilities guarantee the final metallurgical and mechanical properties expected by our customers.

04

Sizing

We have cold and hot sizing capabilities that make it possible to achieve the required part geometry at the best cost.
We also create the references essential for machining the products while improving their appearance.

05

Machining

The demanding applications of our customers often require a level of precision that only our machining capabilities can provide. Our complete mastery of the design and production of tooling, forging, sizing, and machining ensures our customers benefit from optimized quality and total cost of ownership for their products.

06

Assembly

An increasing number of our customers are focusing on their core business. They rely on our expertise as a buyer, forger-machinist-heat treater, and assembler to deliver a product ready for final assembly. Sifcor reduces their logistics costs thanks to its comprehensive solution.
