Our commitments

CSR

In a context where our industrial sector is facing major challenges, notably as one of France’s last forges, SIFCOR is positioning itself with determination.

Competition is fierce, and the ban on selling new combustion-engine vehicles in Europe by 2035 further underscores the importance of the energy transition for our sector.

Corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSR) is now at the heart of the future of businesses. SIFCOR is committed, with humility and resilience, to meeting these challenges, viewing our CSR approach as an opportunity for transformation and innovation.

To structure our approach, we chose to anticipate regulations. The SIFCOR Group, subject to the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) proposed by the European Commission to govern non-financial reporting, has produced a double materiality matrix by consulting its internal and external stakeholders.

This work has made it possible to structure our CSR strategy, which we have organized around three pillars, in order to ensure the long-term future of our company while preserving our heritage
