Our history

First signs of activity on the current site of Forges de Courcelles

Establishment of a cutlery business

Official founding of Forges de Courcelles

Growth of Forges de Courcelles following the resumption of its mechanical engineering activities

Manufacturing of safety parts for the European automotive industry

Equipping forged parts with induction heaters

Installation of 2,000- and 4,000-ton presses

Acquisition of a machining center

Acquisition of a 6,300-ton press

Commissioning of 2 new 4,000-ton presses and a second 6,300-ton press

Acquisition of an 8,000-ton press

Signing of a joint venture agreement in China and India

Inauguration of the USI2 site, creating a 3,000 m2 machining and assembly workshop for the automotive and heavy-duty vehicle sectors

Acquisition of Stevenin Nollevaux

Expansion of the USI2 workshop by approximately an additional 3,000 m2
