After earning a scientific baccalaureate, I completed a BTS in Materials Processing, specializing in Heat Treatment, in Reims from 2010 to 2012. When I graduated, I was torn between entering the workforce or continuing my studies. Discovering the professional bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Forging, Foundry and Stamping through a work-study program was the ideal compromise.

I joined STEVENIN NOLLEVAUX on a work-study contract for an exciting project: improving the company's heat treatment process. This experience allowed me to learn a great deal, discover the industrial sector while deepening my knowledge, and earn a salary.

At the end of my work-study program, the company offered me the position of Heat Treatment Manager, as well as a project if I wanted to continue at engineering school. I chose to stay, also taking on the role of quality technician. Hired on a permanent contract in 2013, I had the opportunity to take training courses and take part in a wide range of projects: obtaining COFREND certification in non-destructive testing, designing heat treatment equipment, implementing controlled cooling after forging, installing a new forging line, and integrating stainless steel on our production lines.

Today, I lead several working groups and have grown within the quality department. I work with the Quality Assurance Manager on the company's quality system, claims management, and continuous improvement. This diversification allows me to keep learning new things all the time, whether in customer relations, quality systems, or continuous improvement.
