Ensuring employees’ health, safety and well-being
For SIFCOR, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of its employees is an absolute necessity. As such, more than 1,200 hours of integrated safety training are delivered every year to 75 employees, i.e. 16 hours/year/employee. At Group level, strengthening workstation ergonomics and preventing arduous working conditions help create an ever safer and more fulfilling working environment.
