Machining Robot Operator

After earning my vocational baccalaureate in ASSP (Care, Support and Personal Services), I completed a nine-month civic service placement in the adapted sports sector. At the end of that experience, I started looking for a job by applying in different industries.

In 2017, I joined the drive-through service at the Cora store in Villers-Semeuse. The following year, I worked as a temporary operator in several companies, including in Hautes-Rivières, and then at Magnaflux Stevenin Nollevaux. In 2019, I joined Stevenin Nollevaux on a permanent contract as a machining operator.

When I arrived at the company, I had neither knowledge nor skills in the industrial field. Thanks to the trust placed in me by my managers and my motivation to learn, I gradually progressed and developed strong skills in machining. Today, I hold a level 3 operator position, independently managing the department’s robotic cells, and I am currently learning how to carry out assembly setups.

I am grateful for the opportunity I was given and pleased with my progress within Stevenin Nollevaux. I hope to keep growing and thriving in this dynamic environment.
