Discover his career path
My professional career began in 2004, when I joined Stevenin Nollevaux as an apprentice in a BTS in Maintenance. This first experience enabled me to acquire the essential foundations of industrial maintenance and discover how the company operates.
At the end of my apprenticeship, I worked as a maintenance technician from 2007 to 2014. During this period, I specialized in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, thereby developing solid technical expertise. In 2014, I moved into a day-shift position, which allowed me to become a technical support for my colleagues and to become more involved in new works projects.
In January 2021, I was appointed Deputy Maintenance Manager. To support this progression, I undertook management training in 2022. Since August 2022, I have held the position of Maintenance Manager, with responsibility for the entire department. I earned my management school diploma in January 2023, further strengthening my managerial skills.
Today, I am satisfied with my career path and the professional growth I have been able to build within Stevenin Nollevaux.
